When I was in my 20’s with nothing better todo I hit the gym for 4 hours each day.
I didn’t follow anything. I looked great. I did it again in my 30’s doing P90X
Now I can only get in about 30 minutes on the treadmil a day. I’m not ripped anymore but I’m ok.
when you were a kid and did sports how many games could you play in a day? Everyday?
being youthful helps but having time to work out this much is whats most important if this is your goal.
