I broke my right wrist 4 months ago, to be exact it, the ulna got seperated from the lunate and it still hurts even when I only try to make a tight fist. It even still is realy hardened at that spot, I am super motivated to start out with calisthenics but I am not sure if I will be able to do so.
This Excersise made me feel so relaxed afterwards 😩😩
I noticed my fingers were tingling after the first exercises is that a pinching nerve?, the three-fingered pushup worked (20x without collapsing) I’m reasonably muscular, just out of proportion, plus add 20% fat on that. I’m now on a 3 day FAST while still taking my supplements, Ashwagandha (ksm-66) rxt multivit and rxt D3 and bupropion. Funny thing is, caffeine makes me (scientifically proven) do more reps while bupropion + caffeine increases strength, while it’s a whole other stimulant.
