Am training everyday but I don’t see no result because I don’t have healthy food. Should I still continue training?

I like simple cooking like that. Any favourites you like to put together? Most cookbooks recommend complicated preparations, sauces or some hard to get ingredients. But the meals here are very simple .I could eat those.
